The workaround is to use an app that keeps track of your WhatsApp notifications. Download Voice Translator: Translate 1.5.9 APK mod for Android. Given that WhatsApp chats are end-to-end encrypted, there’s no way to actually recover a deleted message. Notification access is also a very wide and potentially intrusive permission to grant to an app, so please be very thorough about your needs before you go ahead and grant the app such access. This is NOT an official method and the app is in no way affiliated to WhatsApp. Once the backup has been completed, just go to the Play Store and download the official WhatsApp app on your Android. From here, you can take a backup of your GBWhatsApp chats on the local device storage. We will be using a third-party app for this trick and the app will have notification access. Firstly, launch GBWhatsApp on your device and go to its Settings > Chats > Chat Backup. Note that this workaround only works on Android smartphones and will not work on iOS.
